Job Summary
Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders, accurately staging items in the fulfillment area. Properly handle all product, including bagging items to reach the customer, and make appropriate substitutions as needed while processing payments. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, and may be expected to carry out other customer service duties such as running a register. This role requires morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend availability for part-time hours at a Wegmans location in Sterling, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
- Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Availability for Morning, afternoon, evening shifts including weekends
