In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representative

Engage with customers inside national home improvement retail stores to generate appointments for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services team. Promote system tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions while ensuring shifts are productive by meeting appointment-generation targets. This role requires standing and walking during shifts with weekend and holiday availability, plus reliable transportation and a clean professional appearance. Candidates must attend weekly in-office meetings and pass a background check. Full-time employees receive insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO. Part-time opportunities are also available with direct deposit pay and uncapped commission.
