Job Summary
Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments by engaging shoppers in conversation via a well-trained script to generate interest. Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot while using provided script and technology tools accurately. Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift to meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations. This role requires at least one weekend day and a 4-hour store shift, with flexible weekly schedules and options for daily pay. Top representatives earn over $30/hour with uncapped bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
- Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
- Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
