Job Summary
Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments by engaging shoppers in conversation via a well-trained script to generate interest. Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot using provided scripts and technology tools. Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift while meeting and exceeding hourly appointment expectations. Work flexible weekly shifts, including at least one weekend day, with opportunities for full-time employment and uncapped bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
- Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
- Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
