Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services, acting as a Brand-Ambassador and Promotions Specialist. Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements while functioning as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter. Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors. This role supports lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education without door-to-door canvassing. Earn $18-20 per hour plus commission with uncapped potential up to $30/hour. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, requiring weekends and some holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
