In-Store Sales Advisor (Full-Time & Part-Time) - Pembroke, ON

In-store Sales Advisor responsible for proactively approaching customers in-store, explaining credit card products, asking the right questions to understand each customer’s situation, and making relevant recommendations. You’ll serve as the product authority inside the store, meet or exceed personal sales targets, and cultivate positive customer interactions. The role includes traveling to multiple store locations across the assigned territory, developing partnerships with retail staff, safeguarding customer data, and completing a criminal and credit background check. You’ll participate in fully paid training, have uncapped commission on top of an hourly base, and a clear path to advancement within a leading Canadian sales agency. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, with strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse customers, and committed to confidentiality and ongoing learning.
