Job Summary
In-store P&C Business Partner responsible for shaping the store culture and managing HR policies, advising the store director as a strategic HR partner, and driving personnel objectives. You will oversee recruitment and training programs to ensure the right people are in the right roles, lead the P&C team (P&C supervisor and assistant), and collaborate with the store leadership to optimize the personnel budget and implement effective training initiatives. Your role supports a store-wide effort to maintain Be nvillance, Dynamisme, and Ensemble values while ensuring excellent communication in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
- At least two years of experience as an HR manager or HR lead, preferably in retail
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Flexible, resilient under pressure, with strategic mindset
- Natural persuasion and strong stakeholder management skills
