Job Summary
Creatively present merchandise and manage store space to support seasonal projections. Dress mannequins and install props in windows and inside the store. Drive traffic and sales by changing merchandise locations to meet store needs. Perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs. Collaborate with Management and the Regional Visual Presentation Team. Attend Product Knowledge sessions seasonally and ensure a neat store appearance. Participate in new store set-ups and openings. This role supports Laura and Melanie Lyne brands across Canada's 140+ retail locations, focusing on visual presentation and fashion marketing within a family-owned retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Great creativity in visual presentation and marketing
- Educational background or relevant experience in fashion marketing
- Detail oriented
- Exhibit initiative and self-direction
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs
