Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions. Act as a brand ambassador and promotions specialist explaining service options while functioning as a lead generator and appointment setter. Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors. Note that this role does not involve door-to-door canvassing. Shifts require flexibility with weekends typically scheduled 10 AM-5:00 PM, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Weekly pay and uncapped commission are available. American Residential Services is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
