In-Store Financial Brand Ambassador

Engage customers on the retail floor to promote the client’s financial product (credit cards), listen to customers’ needs, and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle. Serve as the in-store expert so customers and store staff view you as the go-to resource, drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations, and deliver an outstanding experience from first hello to completed application. Build relationships with store teams, handle customer information with confidentiality, and flex across multiple store locations within the region as business needs require. Compensation includes base hourly wage with uncapped commission, onboarding and ongoing coaching, and flexible scheduling (Monday–Sunday, 9am–9pm). Permanently available full-time or part-time opportunities. Requirements include a natural ability to connect with people, strong communication skills, sales orientation, and willingness to undergo a background check; access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required.
