Job Summary
In-store Brand Ambassador for a leading financial brand inside Canadian retail locations. Engage customers on credit-card products, educate and guide them to suitable options, become the in-store expert, drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition, deliver outstanding experiences from greeting to completed application, and flex across multiple store locations within the region. Requires strong communication, confidential handling of customer information, and eligibility to complete a criminal background check; access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful. Compensation includes a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission with flexible Monday–Sunday scheduling.

- Customer service or sales experience an asset
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well independently and within a team
