Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to introduce heating and air conditioning services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions. Act as a Brand-Ambassador explaining service options and upgrades while functioning as a Lead-Generator to schedule in-home consultations and appointments with technicians. Represent the company professionally within national home improvement stores without canvassing door-to-door. This role supports brand awareness and customer education for Florida Home Air Conditioning, the nation's largest residential HVAC provider. Full-time and part-time opportunities exist with flexible hours available Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
