Job Summary
Represent Maitea in-store and at external events like markets with a focus on design and customer contact. Personally support customers on-site and online via email or chat while managing online order fulfillment and customer support. Oversee inventory management both in the store and temporarily at events. This role requires excellent German and English skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently. Experience in retail or jewelry is a plus, along with technical proficiency in payment systems, inventory tools, and shop platforms. Located in Berlin's Friedrichshain, the position offers a path to Store Manager and includes employee discounts and team events.
Required Qualifications

- Technisches Grundverständnis und Erfahrung mit Tools wie: Zahlungssystemen (z. B. SumUp), Lagerhaltungssystemen (z. B. Inflow), Shop-Systemen & Tools wie Shopify, Asana oder Ähnlichem
- Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse (z. B. Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Verkaufsveranstaltungen, Pop-up-Stores oder Messen
- Gespür für Produktpräsentation / Visual Merchandising
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Bestandsverwaltung
