Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions. Act as a Brand-Ambassador explaining service options and upgrades, then function as a Lead-Generator to schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians. Represent ARS with professionalism while educating customers on comfort improvements. This role requires standing and walking during shifts, weekend availability, and reliable transportation. Full-time employees receive insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $25 to $35 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
