Job Summary
Coordinate POS asset production, allocation, and delivery to retail outlets while monitoring in-store display compliance and brand standards. Serve as the primary contact for in-store promoters, distributing training materials, briefing decks, and campaign guidelines. Assist with promoter roster tracking, store coverage logistics, and vendor relationship management for print suppliers and logistics providers. Collect, clean, and consolidate daily sell-out data from retail partners to prepare weekly and monthly performance reports evaluating campaign effectiveness and stock movement. Provide general administrative support to the Trade Marketing/Operations team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in POS asset development and distribution
- Ability to monitor in-store display compliance
- Experience coordinating promoter schedules and store coverage
- Ability to collect, clean, and consolidate sell-out data
- Experience preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
- Ability to maintain operational vendor relationships
- Experience tracking purchase orders (POs) and invoices
