Job Summary
Part-time in-shop role at Jimmy John’s in Wilmington, DE. The candidate will deliver an exceptional customer and store experience, operate the cash register, assist with food preparation, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining team teamwork, executing quality store operations, handling cash, and adhering to food safety guidelines. Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs, stand/bend/reach, and work in a walk-in refrigerator/freezer (40°F to -10°F). 18+ with a clean driving record; basic computer/register skills; willingness to work in a fast-paced sandwich shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a clean driving record
- Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
