In-Shop 310T Diesel Technician / Truck & Coach Mechanic

Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild engine products in a service workshop independently while coaching and developing less experienced technicians. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including engine diagnostics and mechanical repairs on Cummins 310T diesel systems. Work within a stable, team-oriented shop environment utilizing industry-leading equipment. Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime opportunities available. The role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and paid OEM training. Opportunities for growth into field service, lead roles, or specialization exist within this team.
