Job Summary

Senior Manager – Corporate Secretarial and Regulatory TRS role based in Gurugram (Gurugram), PwC. Responsibilities include working on advisory projects such as technical research, drafting memos, presentations and webinars, and supporting Indian and overseas clients with corporate secretarial matters under Indian Company Laws (e.g., board meetings, filings, disclosures) and compliance under regulatory frameworks (Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, Labour regulations). Requires thorough knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI regulations, strong written/verbal communication, analytical and numerical skills, coaching of juniors, and ownership of client tasks with attention to detail and timely delivery. Mandatory skill set: Corporate Secretarial and SEBI Regulations. Preferred: CS with relevant certifications. Required experience: 6-10 years. Education: CS; additional CA/12th or other certifications not specified as mandatory. Travel not specified. Availability for work visa sponsorship: No. The role involves coordinating with regulators, managing assignments, ensuring risk and quality controls, and assisting in invoicing and client follow-ups, withoversight of Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Required Qualifications

  • Company Secretary (CS) with 6-10 years of relevant experience. LLB would be an added advantage.
