Job Summary
Senior Associate (Workforce Analytics) at PwC Mumbai focused on managing day-to-day resourcing operations, workforce analytics, forecasting, and utilization strategy. Responsibilities include designing and automating MIS reports and dashboards (Excel VBA/macros, Power BI/Tableau), analyzing resource allocation and variance, ensuring data integrity across RM systems, partnering with BU Heads/PMs to anticipate workforce needs, linking RM metrics to KPIs (revenue, utilization, productivity), building executive decks and templates, and coaching junior team members on data storytelling and presentation hygiene. Proficient in Excel automation, data visualization, and developing scenario models for capacity planning; strong emphasis on leadership-ready reporting and live-data integration. Education and experience requirements include a Master’s degree (MBA preferred) and 4–7 years in workforce analytics or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot) and Workforce Analytics
- Master’s degree in HR, Operations, Analytics, or related discipline; MBA is explicitly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Experience in resource management, analytics, storytelling, and executive reporting
