Job Summary
Manage AEM workflows, user/group management, and front-end integration using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Configure Webpack, Babel, Node.js, and npm/yarn while maintaining strong understanding of AEM architecture including JCR, CRX, Sling, and OSGi frameworks. Implement Headless CMS patterns, Content Services, and GraphQL, leveraging AEM Core Components, Editable Templates, and Content Fragments. Collaborate with stakeholders on Git/GitHub workflows and integrate with Cloudflare and AWS environments. Apply Agile methodologies via JIRA and Workfront, ensuring code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be well-versed with AEM workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Good knowledge of Webpack, Babel, Node.js, and npm/yarn
- Working knowledge in AEM 6.1 or above
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture — JCR, CRX, Sling, and OSGi frameworks
- Exposure to Headless CMS patterns and Content Services / GraphQL in AEM
- Experience with AEM Core Components, Editable Templates, and Content Fragments
- Experience in Git, GitHub
- Strong knowledge of Cloudflare and cloud (AWS)
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders
- Experience in front end technologies like JavaScript (MVC frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, iOS, Android
- In-depth knowledge of OSGI, Apache Sling, HTL and JCR
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault
- Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
- Ability to understand and integrate with HTML/JS/CSS built by front end developers
- Adobe certifications (AEM Sites Developer, AEM Sites Architect)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related work experience
- Worked with agile development processes using JIRA and Workfront
