Job Summary
Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing at PwC Gurgaon will lead TP engagements including preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, identifying international transactions, and computing arm's length prices. The role involves managing a team of Consultants and Interns, assisting clients in transfer pricing planning, expanding opportunities with existing clients, and coordinating with the Manager/Associate Director to ensure timely, high-quality service. Requires Chartered Accountant qualification, 3-5 years of experience, strong knowledge of OECD TP guidelines, and excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Responsibilities include comprehensive TP documentation, technical submissions for assessments and appellate matters, and representing the client before tax authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 3-5 years of relevant transfer pricing experience
- Good knowledge of Transfer Pricing
- OECD TP Guidelines knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ownership and responsibility of client tasks
- Ability to manage engagements and teams (Consultants/Interns)
