Job Summary
Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing at PwC India (Gurugram) responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation, identifying international transactions, computing arm’s length price, conducting benchmarking studies, managing a team of Consultants and Interns, assisting clients in TP planning, expanding opportunities with existing clients, conducting economic/comparability analysis, using Indian and foreign databases, preparing technical submissions for assessments & appellate levels, and representing the client’s case before tax authorities. Requires CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing, OECD TP Guidelines, and proficient in MS Office and report writing.
