Drafts work papers (memo, reports, presentations, calculations) in Excel/Word/PowerPoint; conducts initial technical research; analyzes court rulings and their implications for clients; ensures risk and quality standards compliance; identifies bottlenecks and tax exposures; maintains accurate facts and figures; develops and maintains client relationships; collaborates with colleagues across service lines and locations; assists seniors with sign-offs, invoicing, and debriefs with clients; accompanies seniors to tax hearings when needed; oversees Analysts and Senior Analysts. Requires Chartered Accountant designation, MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience (0-1 year for CA path), strong analytical/numerical skills, good communication, and client-service orientation.
