Job Summary
Senior Associate SRE / Site Reliability Engineering role focused on Observability and Network Monitoring on Hybrid Platforms (on-premises + Microsoft Azure) with mandatory and preferred skills in Azure Cloud Services, Kubernetes operations, Terraform automation, Grafana/Prometheus, Python automation, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, network telemetry, Linux administration, and security/compliance automation. Responsibilities include analysis, implementation, training and support to optimize operational efficiency for banking systems, and incident management to ensure reliability; environment includes Azure container apps, storage, key vault, policy, networking, and IaC practices across modules and pipelines. Located in Bengaluru, India, with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Observability & Network Monitoring
- Azure Cloud Services & Kubernetes Operations (Azure Container Apps, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Policy, Azure Networking)
- Terraform & Infrastructure Automation
- Grafana / Prometheus Stack
- Python Automation & API Integrations
- CI/CD architecture (multi-stage, gated deploys), release strategies, and rollbacks; IaC patterns (modules, workspaces, pipelines)
- GitHub Actions, GitHub SCM (branch protection, PR workflows, CODEOWNERS, environments)
- Network Monitoring & Telemetry
- Linux Administration
- Security & Compliance Automation (image scanning, SBOM, signing, admission controls, secret hygiene)
- Incident Management & Reliability Engineering
- Experience with Banking systems
