Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design and deliver marketing campaign solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for clients. You will bring 5+ years of experience with SFMC, HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript, and have deep knowledge of SFMC components (Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Advertising Studio, Web Studio). Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, creating specifications, designing marketing journeys and emails, developing end-to-end campaigns, creating data extensions with SQL, performing A/B testing, and providing ROI details to stakeholders. The role encompasses day-to-day activities such as campaign improvements, bug fixes, data analysis, and reporting. Preferred qualifications include SFMC architecture experience and a strong background in marketing automation and customer experience design. The position is located in Pune, India. Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
- BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of SFMC components: Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript
- Experience with Ampscript, text/HTML emails, landing pages, SMS/MMS, Push Notifications
- Experience creating data extensions using SQL
- Ability to design marketing journeys, email templates, and campaigns
- Experience with ROI reporting and stakeholder management
- Education: MBA/B Tech or related advanced degree is preferred
