Job Summary
Senior Associate Servicenow Tester for GRC Advisory in PwC Bangalore. The role leads quality engineering for ServiceNow IRM/GRC across the GRC program, collaborating with product owners, developers, and process leads to translate user stories into test cases, define end-to-end test scenarios, and drive STLC/automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining test plans, conducting impact analysis for releases, providing test reporting and defect analysis, and supporting CI/CD/ATF integration. Requires 4+ years in GRC with 2+ years in a leadership role, strong agile testing experience, and hands-on skills with ServiceNow IRM, ADO/Jira, Selenium, Java, and Playwright. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM/GRC and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience with GRC domain (Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting)
- 2+ years leadership experience managing a GRC program
- Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies
- Jira/Azure DevOps integration
- test lifecycle knowledge
- ADO + ServiceNow ATF (Automation Test Framework) is a plus
- Selenium + Java and Playwright are a plus
- ServiceNow IRM and testing tool expertise (ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, Bugzilla)
- Experience in functional testing for IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk events and risk profile reporting
- Ability to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases
- Design and maintain end-to-end test plans and data sets across multiple LODs
- UAT support and defect analysis
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Education: Bachelor of Technology and Master of Business Administration or equivalent
