Job Summary
Senior Associate ServiceNow Integration Developer for Digital Integration Advisory in Kolkata. Responsible for knowledge-transfer sessions to platform support teams, creating and maintaining detailed integration documentation (including API guides, development guidelines, and standards for ServiceNow integrations), and delivering end-to-end integration work within the PwC environment. Requires proven experience in developing and managing Service Catalog items and platform integration services, ability to produce artifacts to support catalog development and integration, and hands-on expertise with REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB relationships, and scripting (JavaScript) within ServiceNow. Mandatory focus on ITSM workspaces, SRIs, KB articles, design diagrams, test scripts, and related rules/roles, with strong documentation and transition artifact skills. Education includes MBA and BE degrees; years of experience typically 4-7. The role is based in Kolkata, India, and is a FULL_TIME position.
Required Qualifications

- Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration) and Bachelor of Engineering
