Job Summary
Senior Associate – SAP PMO at PwC India to support SAP transformation programs and project governance. Drive PMO processes, monitor project execution, stakeholder management, reporting, and ensure successful delivery of SAP implementation and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include end-to-end PMO activities for SAP projects ( rollout, upgrade, migration, and support ), establishing governance frameworks, tracking plans, milestones, risks, issues, and action items, preparing weekly/monthly/executive status reports and dashboards, coordinating governance meetings and stakeholder communications, monitoring project health indicators, managing RAID logs, supporting resource planning and demand forecasting, collaborating with SAP functional/technical/business/leadership teams, driving compliance with methodologies and governance processes, supporting project financial tracking and forecasting, assisting in change management and documentation, and contributing to PMO process optimization and automation. Key skills include SAP project governance, PMO operations, program and portfolio reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, resource and capacity planning, executive dashboard reporting, financial tracking, and strong communication and presentation skills. This role offers exposure to large-scale SAP transformation programs within PwC India's consulting practice.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in PMO, Project Management Office, Project Coordination, or Program Management roles
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and reporting
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard preparation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments is preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP transformation programs; Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies; Knowledge of project financial management, budgeting, and resource management; PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification is an added advantage
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- MBA or relevant project management certifications will be an advantage
