Job Summary
Senior Associate in PwC's Risk Assurance Services in Gurgaon, focusing on internal audit concepts & methodology, governance, risk & controls, contract & compliance, and data analytics. Responsibilities include delivering end-to-end internal audit services, IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing/outsourcing and managed services, leveraging AI and risk technology, and collaborating across cyber, forensics and compliance to address the full spectrum of risks. Requires strong communication, ownership, ability to organize and meet deadlines, and experience with SOX/ IFC review processes and internal control concepts; opportunity to work in a dynamic advisory environment at PwC with emphasis on growth, mentorship, and client-focused delivery.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/ M.Com/ B.Com/ CA
- Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology
- Experience in Risk Assurance Services (RAS)
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews
- Internal control concepts (Preventive/ Detective Controls; Risk Assessment; Anti-fraud Controls)
- Soft skills: clarity of thought, articulation, ownership, communication
