Senior Associate – Project Management in Social Advisory at PwC responsible for shaping governance and service-delivery reforms for the Chief Minister’s Service Delivery Cell (CMSDC). You will analyze government schemes and processes affecting citizen service delivery, design governance reforms including workflow re-engineering and digitization, prepare and review government notes and SOPs, facilitate cross-department coordination, compare governance models with best practices from other states/countries, and track progress with risk flags and status reports. The role involves engaging with departments and local bodies to drive citizen-centric improvements, with a focus on social sustainability topics such as social responsibility, labour conditions, diversity and inclusion, and product safety. Preferred background includes deep expertise in governance reform, public sector consulting, and stakeholding across government entities, underpinned by an MBA and 4-7 years of relevant experience.
