Job Summary
Senior Associate role within PwC’s Oracle Services Practice focused on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations. Responsibilities include participating in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation), configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements, developing and customizing reports with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI, creating HCM extracts and HDL scripts, and designing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware. Modules include Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, and Oracle guided learning. Preferred skills cover technical support and troubleshooting, routine maintenance and upgrades, and experience with SAP Project System; education qualifications include BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CA; years of experience required 4-7 years.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CA or equivalent degree
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation)
- Developing/customizing reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI
- Creating HCM extracts and HDL scripts
- Designing and developing integrations using OIC or other middleware
- Knowledge of Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning modules
