Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, and training for Ivalua S2C and P2P modules. Elicit business requirements, design solutions, manage process mapping and re-engineering, and recommend best practices to streamline S2P processes. Collaborate with OEM teams and integration leads to ensure system deployment aligns with strategic plans while managing PMO activities and delivering training documentation. Build business cases, support adoption of deployed systems, and handle production support and enhancements. Manage client relationships, respond to RFPs, create sales proposals, and deliver client presentations to drive business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 yrs. of experience in implementation of Source to Pay processes and systems
- At least 3 – 4 end-to-end implementations of Ivalua modules
- Experience in leading end to end implementation of Ivalua functional workstreams (such as Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management, etc.), from the start to production delivery to hyper care support
- Ivalua Advanced Certification in S2C or P2P (L3)
- Understanding of Ivalua integration options and methodology with ERP systems/middlewares
- Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- Bachelor of Engineering
