Job Summary
Senior Associate in PwC Advisory focusing on enterprise AI copilots and Copilot Studio governance. Design, build, and govern AI-enabled development and conversational automation platforms using GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, LangGraph, LangChain, and Python. Define enterprise architecture, governance, licensing, RBAC, and environment strategy; establish responsible AI guidelines and secure DevSecOps practices; architect multi-environment Dev→Test→Prod pipelines; configure GitHub Enterprise Cloud/Server with governance and security controls; implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, scanning, and compliance; integrate Copilot into developer workflows across VS Code, Visual Studio, and JetBrains IDEs; develop AI agents with guardrails, memory orchestration, and grounding strategies; leverage Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint/Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph for integrated Copilot solutions; drive modernization and AI enablement programs, measure adoption and productivity, and support enterprise rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) or Bachelor of Engineering
- 6+ years of experience designing and leading the implementation, management, and optimization of AI including Github Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, and secure DevSecOps
- Certified in Github Copilot and Copilot Education
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development & orchestration
- GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, CodeQL, repository governance
- RAG pipelines, grounding strategies, vector search
- Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Cognitive Search
- REST, Graph API, OAuth2, Entra ID
- Education qualifications: MBAs/BE/Bachelor in related fields
- Experience coaching developers on AI-assisted coding
