IN_Senior Associate_Functional - AI Product_Tax Tech_TRS_Gurgaon

Senior Associate will be involved in end-to-end software development lifecycle for the tax-technology practice, focusing on AI for Tax use cases and AI-enabled tax transformation. Responsibilities include translating stakeholder requirements into functional requirements, discussing requirements with development teams, preparing test checklists and test cases for functional testing, conducting functional testing and submitting test reports, preparing user manuals and conducting user trainings, delivering application demos, monitoring regulatory changes and analyzing their impact on applications. Mandatory skills include advanced MS Office/Excel, strong documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; ideal candidates will be a team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred skills include interpersonal/communication abilities, multitasking, and a sense of ownership and impact on the company’s success.
