Job Summary
Senior Associate in Digital Transformation within PwC's FS Tech Advisory practice. Responsible for managing medium/large digital transformation projects in the banking domain, acting as a Digital SME/Strategist, devising client digital strategies, assessing current IT architecture, recommending digital interventions, driving innovation, leading business development proposals, and overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to delivery while ensuring IT governance compliance. Must have hands-on experience in retail and corporate banking, understand customer journeys, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver targeted operating models and improved customer experiences. Requires BE/BTech and MBA with 9–12 years of experience in banking transformations; travel to India and abroad as per project needs.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech
- MBA
- 9 to 12 years experience in digital transformation/banking domain
- Hands-on with Retail and Corporate banking experience
- Experience in requirements gathering for banking functionalities
- Knowledge of ESB, MFT, MH (integration tools)
- Knowledge of Digital Maturity Models and AI/ML concepts (desirable)
- Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to implementation and support
- Strong stakeholder management and proposal/business development skills
