Job Summary
Senior Associate — Digital-led Transformation & Capital Project Management (Metals & Mining). Role focuses on supporting PMO and digital transformation for capital projects by building schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains (e.g., 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR progress, IoT geo-fencing, GenAI report assistants) to improve visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include PMO execution with work plans, progress updates, EVM calculations, cost/schedule variance analysis, risk registers and safety audit follow-ups; procurement & vendor performance management with bid evaluations and change requests; digital/AI enablement via dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), BIM linkages, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT tracking, and GenAI-assisted executive summaries and status notes; documentation & stakeholder support with PMO registers, meetings, and site/regulator visits. Strong emphasis on planning, controls, data handling, dashboarding, communication, and stakeholder management across large-scale capital projects in metals/mining. Travel to project sites is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years relevant experience in construction + metals/mining + PMO on capex projects
- PMP® (preferred; willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred; alternatively BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBA with relevant project experience
- Hands-on with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking advantageous
