Job Summary
Lead data science initiatives across modeling, deployment, visualization, and AI systems to deliver measurable business impact. Design and implement data-enabled solutions, perform data wrangling, build and validate statistical and machine learning models, and design experiments (A/B testing). Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams; follow best practices (Git, CI/CD); write production-quality code; communicate insights via dashboards and reports. Specialization tracks include Data Science + MLOps, Data Science + Agentic AI (LLMs, autonomous agents), Data Science + Power BI/Tableau (BI dashboards), and Data Science + UI/UX. Mandatory skills: Gen AI, RAG, LLM, NLP; preferred skills span agentic AI, data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Databricks, Docker, APIs, and BI tools. Education qualifiers include engineering degrees and MBA; 4-7 years of experience preferred. Location: Bengaluru, India.
