Job Summary
Senior automation developer role at PwC focusing on intelligent automation, Pega BPM, and enterprise-scale automation. Design and architect end-to-end Pega solutions using case lifecycle management, optimize stage/step configurations, and build robust integrations via REST/SOAP. Develop and configure Data Pages and implement decision and declarative rules to meet complex business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into reusable Pega rules and case structures. Build integrations using Connectors and Services for external systems, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, promote Agile practices, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and mentor junior architects and developers.
Required Qualifications
- BE/Btech
- MBA
- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing and architecting Pega BPM applications (version 7.x / 8.x)
- Pega CSSA certification
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams with CI/CD practices
- Mandatory skills: PEGA, CSSA Certified, Pega BPM, Automation
- Strong knowledge of case management, decisioning, integrations, and performance optimization
- Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP, and using Connectors and Services
- Ability to mentor junior architects and developers
- Experience with data pages (declare pages) and declarative rules
