Job Summary
Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, and other frameworks while developing and optimizing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for improved information retrieval. Create robust evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety, then implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior. Develop documentation and best practices for agent development, contributing to the improvement of agent architecture and capabilities. Apply advanced Python programming with async capabilities and API development to build and deploy these solutions, resolving hallucinations in outcomes. This role focuses on intelligent automation at PwC, where you will help clients achieve operational efficiencies through next-generation automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Python programming with expertise in async programming and API development
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models
- Proficiency in implementing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
- Experience with development frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing)
