Job Summary
Senior Associate AI Engineer at PwC Bengaluru focusing on designing and implementing autonomous agents using LangChain / Crew.ai / Autogen and related frameworks, building robust Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and enhancing agent architecture. Responsibilities include designing and deploying autonomous agents, optimizing RAG-based information retrieval and response generation, developing evaluation frameworks to assess agent performance and safety, implementing monitoring/logging for agent behavior, and contributing to documentation and best practices. Required skills include advanced Python (async, API development), vector databases and embeddings, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, LLM optimization, familiarity with Git/CI/CD/testing, and experience with modern AI tooling and frameworks. Preferred skills cover multiple LLM providers, orchestration tools, NLP techniques, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), semantic search, and safety considerations.
