Job Summary
Plan and implement appropriate program activities for in-school programming at the East Tech Club. Track, promote, and encourage program participation while assisting with membership recruitment. Provide guidance and serve as a role model in a supervised, fun, and safe environment for local youth. Collaborate with peers to support an engaging educational atmosphere. This role requires a minimum of 18 years of age, a high school diploma, and one year of youth experience, with a background check and drug test required for final candidates. The position offers paid holidays, PTO, and training opportunities within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio.
