Job Summary
Provide support for and ensure the safety and well-being of students assigned to the In-School Suspension program; assist with daily site program planning and operations, maintain records and data on students, maintain a disciplined and safe environment, communicate with teachers about assignments, assist students in writing a behavioral plan, encourage on-task behavior, substitute as needed, participate in staff development, and support school staff and parents/guardians.
Required Qualifications
- 1. High School Diploma required
- 2. Two-year degree preferred
- 3. Demonstrated organizational and computer skills
- 4. Good communication skills
- 5. Successful experience working with at-risk students
