Job Summary
Coordinate the In-School Suspension program at Fairmont High School. Responsibilities include supervising and monitoring students assigned to ISS, taking daily attendance, reviewing policies and student expectations, supporting behavior management and reflection activities, providing instructional assistance as appropriate, ensuring security escorts to facilities, communicating with teachers to request work, and escalating behavior issues to the Principal/Assistant Principal. Must have a Bachelor’s degree, computer literacy, experience with school-age children, and strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to maintain a disciplined academic environment.
