Job Summary
Provide in-school counseling to students during the school day (elementary through high school), with some evening and weekend family sessions; collaborate with school staff to support student success; typical duties include individual counseling, intake assessments, treatment planning updates, and family sessions, with flexible scheduling outside school hours; licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC or master's with licensure trajectory) and experience with children/adolescents preferred; use SimplePractice for documentation; travel between districts and school buildings is required.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed clinicians (LICSW or LMHC), or provisionally licensed clinicians with a master's degree in social work or counseling who are working toward independent licensure
- Experience with children and adolescents preferred
- Comfort with documentation and electronic health records (SimplePractice)
- Collaborative, warm, and student-centered approach
