Job Summary
Implement ABA strategies to address behavioral goals and support student progress through individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective behavior management while maintaining accurate records and progress reports. Update parents and provide feedback to the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) regarding student outcomes. Travel between schools in Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and Brighton as required. Work part-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $27.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to travel between schools as needed
- Monday to Friday, within 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in ABA or similar settings
- RBT certification
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Effective communication skills
