Job Summary
Implement ABA strategies to address behavioral goals and support student progress through individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective behavior management while maintaining accurate records and progress reports. Update parents and work closely with your BCBA on student outcomes. Travel between schools in Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and Brighton as required. Provide part-time coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at The Treetop, a compassionate team dedicated to transforming lives in educational settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED", "Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs", "Flexibility to travel between schools as needed

- Prior experience in ABA or similar settings", "RBT certification", "Strong knowledge of ABA principles", "Effective communication skills
