Job Summary
Oversee and supervise daily In-Room Dining operations for the seasonal 2026 period at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens. Deliver personalized and discreet service to guests in rooms and suites, ensuring seamless 24-hour dining experiences, coaching and developing In-Room Dining staff, managing daily requisitions for food, beverage and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and standards, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with culinary and F&B teams to meet guest requirements. Train, schedule, and manage performance of staff; ensure health, hygiene and safety compliance; assist in budgeting and business planning; and engage VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure exceptional service. Desired candidates possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, hospitality/In-Room Dining experience, strong leadership and communication skills in English (Greek advantageous), and legal right to work in Greece (European passport preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- European passport or legal right to work in Greece
- Proven experience in In-Room Dining, hotel dining, or F&B supervision
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek is a plus
