Job Summary
In-Room Dining Supervisor at METT Marbella – Estepona, leading and coordinating the in-room dining operations to ensure quality standards, timeliness, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating the team, organizing shifts, training staff, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments, handling incidents and special requests, monitoring orders, costs and procedures, and maintaining orderly work areas. Requires 2+ years in Room Service or F&B, leadership experience, strong attention to guest experience, organizational problem-solving skills, and proficiency in PMS and F&B tools; English and Spanish language proficiency is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa en Room Service o F&B: Mínimo 2 años
- Experiencia en supervisión o liderazgo de equipos
- Dominio de idiomas: Inglés avanzado y español
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión hotelera (PMS)
