Carry silverware, linen, and food on tray or use serving cart to transport orders to guest rooms. Set up tables and serve food from carts while ensuring five-star quality standards for food and table appearance. Deliver coffee breaks to meeting rooms and executive offices, and maintain stock levels for in-room dining. Retrieve outstanding room trays and tables by checking hallways against pick-up lists. Perform assigned side-work and assist management in training new employees. Uphold Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while maintaining positive working relationships with the team.
