Job Summary
Guest Service Expert duties include ensuring memorable hospitality experiences: interacting with guests, taking and delivering room service orders, coordinating with the kitchen, setting tables, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires guests’ meals to be handled with professional service, standing/walking for extended periods, and the ability to move objects up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance), with overhead reaching and bending as part of daily tasks. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with less than one year of related experience; no supervisory responsibilities. Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
